About the Position

The Coordinator, Continuing Studies, is responsible for assisting with the operational activities for continuing education courses and programs. This is a part-time position and can work up to 18 hours per week.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Assist student inquiries by providing departmental course and program information
  • Assist with student registration in person and via phone
  • Assist with student data entry for multiple registration systems
  • Process student enrollment payments
  • Process student enrollment data for course registrations
  • Process course completion documents to include attendance rosters and instructor payments
  • Assist with student outreach for course communication
  • Coordinate classroom readiness for Continuing Education classes

  • Required Experience: One year of office or customer service experience

Retirement

Part-Time Retirement Part-time employees are required to participate in the part-time retirement fund. The retirement fund is invested in a group fixed annuity contract with Ohio National Life Insurance Company. The plan will provide you and your beneficiary with fully vested cash settlement or income benefits after termination of employment for any reason.
