As the Workplace Services Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind creating an exceptional workplace environment within our corporate office. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our employees have access to the best possible facilities, support, and services to enhance their productivity and overall well-being. You will be the go-to person for all workplace-related matters, from coordinating vendors to organizing office events, and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage day-to-day workplace operations, including office layout and design, to optimize employee productivity and comfort.
Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace services, facilities support, and employee requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped office environment.
Plan and execute office events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
Maintain an organized and efficient workplace, ensuring proper storage, inventory management, and office supply procurement.
Oversee office security and access control, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of technology and equipment within the workplace.
Conduct regular workplace audits and inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workplace management and employee experience.
Prepare and present periodic reports on workplace operations, employee satisfaction, and facility utilization.
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace management, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using workplace management software and MS Office suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
