We are seeking a Coordinator, Digital/Social to support execution of social campaigns across trending and emerging platforms. This is an entry-level role for someone organized, curious, and plugged into culture; someone who quickly spots what's trending and can keep a busy campaign on track.
Responsibilities
Social Execution & Trends
- You will execute approved social posting and maintain content calendars, ensuring posts go live accurately and on time
- Monitor live posts and audience conversation, flagging notable reactions and reactive opportunities
- Run daily trend sweeps on memes, formats, sounds, and cultural moments
- Support copywriting, captions, tagging, and quality checks before publishing
Project & Asset Organization
- Organize and maintain client assets, approved creative, and deliverables with clear file naming and versioning
- Track assets, approvals, deliverables, and posting dates, flagging missing materials or blockers
- Prepare creative for internal and client review, maintaining current versions and feedback rounds
- Support Social Managers and Producers with project trackers and delivery schedules
Production Support & Development
- Train with Producers to learn production processes, media plans, and delivery workflows
- Support Producers on larger campaigns with file management, review uploads, and quality control
- Take on ownership of lower-lift digital and display projects with Producer oversight
Campaign & Team Support
- Pull social metrics, screenshots, and notable moments for reporting and recaps
- Support research for pitches, brainstorms, and campaign planning
- Participate in kickoffs, status meetings, and planning sessions
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a related role (those without entertainment experience are still encouraged to apply)
- Fluency in current and emerging social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter) with a genuine interest in trends and culture
Salary Range
$25.00-$30.00/hr
The rate offered will depend on qualifications, years of relevant experience, and skillset. If your requirements fall outside the stated pay range, we still encourage you to apply.
