How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Organize and coordinate the daily activities, workflows, and continuous readiness initiatives for quality, risk, and patient safety programs, specifically ensuring ongoing compliance with The Joint Commission standards.

  • Partner with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve clinical problems, optimize cost containment, implement new services, and establish robust performance measures.

  • Analyze complex data from varied sources to develop detailed quality and financial reports tailored for specific clinical groups and organizational service lines.

  • Support targeted quality and risk reduction initiatives to enforce strict compliance with institutional and national patient safety standards.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Quality Professional credentialed from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) preferred.
  • Risk Management preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

  • Registered Nurse licensure
