How you'll make an impact in this role:Organize and coordinate the daily activities, workflows, and continuous readiness initiatives for quality, risk, and patient safety programs, specifically ensuring ongoing compliance with The Joint Commission standards.
Partner with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve clinical problems, optimize cost containment, implement new services, and establish robust performance measures.
Analyze complex data from varied sources to develop detailed quality and financial reports tailored for specific clinical groups and organizational service lines.
Support targeted quality and risk reduction initiatives to enforce strict compliance with institutional and national patient safety standards.
