Perfect Power is centered on improving the customer experience by reducing frequent power interruptions and delivering a more reliable service. While traditional reliability efforts have focused on sustained outages, Perfect Power expands that view to include shorter-duration events—such as momentaries, blinks, and voltage sags—that can still impact customers significantly. By identifying and addressing these brief but frequent disruptions, Perfect Power enables a more comprehensive approach to reliability, helping ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality power. |
Coordinate work activities within the team and with external partners, including contractors and vendors, to resolve routine technical issues and support field activities.
Perform a variety of assignments requiring technical knowledge, analytical skills, and problem-solving techniques.
Participate in the planning and organization of outage-related activities and project work.
Make sound decisions and contribute to team decision-making and consensus building.

Provide training, guidance, and support to lower-level employees, as appropriate.
