Volt is immediately hiring an Inventory Coordinator in Minnetonka, MN 55345

 

As a Inventory Coordinator, you will:

  • Perform kitting of production orders by accurately counting and documenting components per work orders
  • Execute material movements and goods receipts in SAP ERP system
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines in a clean room environment
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking, documentation, and reconciliation
  • Support cross-functional teams to meet production and operational goals
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and material handling tools
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, including PPE usage
  • Follow standard operating procedures, GMP, and regulated manufacturing processes
  • Read and interpret work instructions and process documents accurately
  • Handle materials, including chemicals (with training and PPE provided)
  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) across teams and departments
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Work overtime as needed to support operational demands

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (material movements, goods receipts, kitting)
  • Experience in inventory control, material handling, or production support
  • Strong understanding of inventory accuracy and production material flow
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated industries (GMP/ISO) is preferred
  • Prior work experience in a clean room environment is preferred
  • Experience assigning materials to production orders (kitting for manufacturing) is preferred

Schedule:  

2nd  Shift : 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM Monday to Thursday

 

This is a Full-time, Contract opportunity.

 

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.
