    • Monitor current district, state, and higher education dual credit policies, identify best practices, and update operational guides and program resources to design and facilitate high-quality professional development and technical assistance for campus administrators, counselors, and school personnel.
    • Conduct site visits each semester to high school campuses to review program implementation, help customize pathway plans, and provide operational support aimed at getting and keeping students on track for degree completion.
    • Collaborate with internal academic departments, the District Curriculum Committee, and external higher education partners to align and create high school courses matching college offerings, ensuring accurate PEIMS coding and transcript reporting.
    • Coordinate and support the district-wide dual credit grade import process at the end of each academic term in collaboration with internal departments and higher education partners to ensure complete, accurate, and timely transcript recording.
    • Monitor, evaluate, and support campus adherence to articulated pathway maps co-designed with higher education partners, and create standardized tools to assist campuses with facilitating academic conferences for students navigating dual credit progress or academic standing.
    • Analyze and validate dual credit data across district and partner dashboards, investigating complex data discrepancies and uncovering root causes to troubleshoot enrollment, grade, and pathway issues in support of campuses, parents, and students.
    • Foster a flexible team culture by cross-training and actively contributing to high-priority departmental projects, team initiatives, and operational tasks outside direct assignment scope to ensure overall team success.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    • Bachelor''s degree required from an accredited university; Master''s Degree preferred.
    • Valid Texas Mid-management and/or School Counseling certifications preferred.
    • Three to five years'' direct experience in school settings, academic support, administrative coordination, or customer/student service roles.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and priorities.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues, jump into team projects, and utilize downtime productively.
    • Tech-savvy with a curiosity and openness to learning new software, productivity apps, and digital tools to streamline daily tasks.
    • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail when reviewing student data, dashboards, or transcript records to spot and fix errors.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills for facilitating workshops and training campus personnel.
    • Familiarity with high school counseling, college advising, or secondary education processes.
    • Basic understanding of dual credit requirements, high school course dynamics, credits, scheduling, PEIMS, and comparing high school vs. college transcripts.
    • Occasional Saturday / evening events (FAMJam, CCMR nights, College Fair) and local travel required for campus visits and higher education partner meetings.
