  • Develop the materials and train stakeholders on use of multiple performance management systems, instructional strategies, engagement strategies,interventionand support, and classroom management techniques.
  • Lead the coordination and project management efforts amongst stakeholders to identify areas in need of instructional, induction, leader development, relationship management, and conflict resolution support and trainings.
  • Continuously monitor data and use evidence-based findings to form onboarding, retention, and performance management initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current onboarding, retention, and professional development processes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Execute large scaled district events; including but not limited to new hire orientation, professional development training, leader/manager training sessions and focus groups.
  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of job-specific professional development sessions for various roles.
  • Conduct, analyze, interpret, and create action plans based on surveys and focus groups used to gather data for evaluating and adjusting district's mentoring program and central staff development programs.
  • Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Master''s degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • 5+ years in direct education preferred.
