Acts as primary liaison between customer, designers and developers. Defines approaches and models to collect and document customer requirements. Provide training and support to end-users. Advises and leads customer to solutions while meeting system and process requirements. Works with project teams to facilitate design of components of Content Management System.Essential Job FunctionsSupervises Marketing staff and daily operations for the Digital Marketing Intelligence Center as neededDevelops and implements integrated marketing strategyResearches and applies new trends to enhance the user experience and increase engagement on all communication platforms.Serve as project coordinator for major marketing events and initiativesActs as author and trainer for the Content Management System, SharePoint, and digital marketing and data analytics toolsAnalyze data to make informed marketing decisions, and create dashboards that highlight key data, trends, and opportunitiesActs as liaison between content owners, customers, end users, designers and developers to ensure all protocols followed and customer's needs are metConsult with customers to identify Web needs and advises on acceptable solutionsServes as project manager for campus-based Web initiatives, ensuring proper use of resourcesCreates and designs interfaces that ensure optimal usability for multiple audiences and are compliant to 508 and other regulations, and audience specific.Creates templates, navigation structures and other graphic elementsCoordinates messaging and visual display of all electronic advertising via the on-campus plasma screen messaging systemPrepares illustrations for use in documents and the Web by using various graphic design hardware and softwareArranges publications and page layouts according to aesthetic and branding standards, applies knowledge of layout and computer softwareMay write, edit, and produce engaging, on-brand content tailored to all social media platformsResponsible for other reasonable, related duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience in and knowledge of Web and marketing analytics tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics and AdwordsExperience with website usability, responsive (mobile), email engagement, and social media strategyPossess graphic design skill setExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a student-centered, team-oriented environmentStrong writing, editing, project management, and communication skillsMust be able to work, perform with deadlinesAbility to adapt to a changing environmentAbility to work on a database-driven enterprise-level website developed in environments such as ColdFusion, ASP, or ASP.NETPhysical AbilitiesThe work is sedentary.
