Administrative Position (training will be provided)
Entire Team is based in Office

Candidate must be able to multi\'task in a fast\'paced environment, manage stress effectively, pivot between shifting priorities, and demonstrate a curious, investigative mindset when reviewing data, vendors, and work orders.

1. Vendor & Trade Coordination (Facilities Focus)

Required Depth: 2%2B years supporting vendors or trade programs
Experience coordinating service providers, reviewing vendor proposals, tracking SLAs, and supporting vendor performance or business reviews
Exposure to facilities, property, or retail trade environments strongly preferred

2. Analytical & Reporting Skills (Excel\'Heavy)

Required Depth: Intermediate to Advanced Excel
Strong experience with:
Pivot tables
Data formatting
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Ability to track and report on KPIs including aging work orders, compliance metrics, and service levels
Comfortable working with large datasets and recurring reports with a high level of accuracy

3. Administrative Program Management
Required Depth: 2%2B years managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow\'through skills
Experience supporting compliance activities, audits, or violation tracking preferred
Ability to pivot quickly based on workload and business needs

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2%2B years of relevant work or trade school experience
2%2B years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
2%2B years of experience in property vendor or program management
2%2B years of analytical/ reporting experience
2%2B years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews
2%2B years of managing multiple projects
3%2B years of MS Office Suite experience

Position Summary
The Coordinator III will assist with management of the General Carpentry trade for CVS Retail Stores. They will assist with daily duties such as reporting, aging work orders, data analytics, mail sorting and violation tracking and vendor proposal review/approval.

Education
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management and Trade experience or similar field preferred and have 2%2B years of relevant work experience.
