Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Coordinator, Import/Export Transportation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for being the point of contact between external customers, suppliers, and transportation companies to ensure an efficient operational service and scheduling is provided. Coordinate all tasks associated with processing import/export shipments to and from international customers.

1-2 years' experience in Transportation, Customs, Supply Chain Logistics, or similar discipline is preferred.
One to two years' experience in processing transactions in SAP or similar ERP Systems
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to obtain and maintain the following certifications:
RCRA - Hazardous Waste Generator Requirement Training
IATA - International Air Transport Authority Shipping Training
DOT - Shipping of Hazardous Materials
Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and continually reprioritize requirements to accomplish tasks optimally.
Capable of understanding and following written and verbal instructions and/or procedures and understanding how they affect others in a team environment
