About the Role:
The qualified Institutional Advancement (IA) Office Coordinator should be a highly motivated professional ready to join a dedicated team focused on Westminster University's fundraising and engagement aspirations. As Westminster University is in the beginning stage of a comprehensive fundraising campaign, the IA Office Coordinator should possess good oral and written communication skills and the ability to stay upbeat in a dynamic setting.
The Institutional Advancement Office Coordinator will serve as the Institutional Advancement Office's front door, greeting all visitors and inquiries with enthusiasm and the persistence needed to ensure that donor follow-up and alumni queries are successfully resolved. The ability to work with a deadline, function independently as required, and handle a variety of pressing tasks for various department members is necessary. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. A genuine enjoyment of working with a diverse constituent base, that includes campus partners, alumni, donors, and friends, is essential.
