Salary Range: $85,893 - $103,487

Position Purpose
The Coordinator of Strategic Enrollment plays a pivotal role in advancing the district's strategic goals by monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of enrollment programs, transfer requests, and school choice initiatives. This position also coordinates with Facilities Planning to draft seat availability projections supporting specialized programs and Talent Management. The coordinator ensures data-driven decision-making, compliance with state and federal requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required;
Master's degree from accredited college or university preferred.
Certification/License: None
Experience:
4-6 years of progressively responsible experience with data management, data analysis, and reporting required;
Experience working in or with public school systems in a central office or school leadership role preferred.
