Position Purpose
The Coordinator of Talent Management serves as a project manager within the Talent Management division, supporting the Chief of Talent Management in the execution of strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and cross-functional projects. This position is responsible for coordinating high-impact talent initiatives, monitoring project implementation timelines, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring organizational alignment to district goals.
The coordinator works closely with district leaders, campuses, and departments to manage complex projects related to recruitment, staffing, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and talent systems. This role requires strong organizational leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required;
Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred;
Major in a field related to human resources management, labor relations, public relations or education administration preferred.
Certification/License: Certification in human resources such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Professional Human Capital Leaders in Education (pHCLE) preferred.
Experience:
3 years' progressively responsible experience in human resources management or education administration required;
Experience working directly with executive leaders preferred.
