Job Summary

The Experiential Learning Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational support for the Standardized Patient (SP) Program, Simulation Teams, and Simulation Facilities. This role is responsible for budget oversight, purchasing approvals, financial tracking, human resources support, and administrative coordination. Working closely with the leadership team, faculty, and staff, the position helps ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with institutional goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of budget development, financial management, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with content management and survey tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and delegate tasks. Commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, summarize, and process information.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in budget management, purchasing, or inventory control.
  • Experience in higher education or healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated success in both independent and team-based project execution.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Job Family - Administrative Associate 3

  • Salary - MR 4 ($36,809.75 - $40,030.60)
