Neonatal Outreach Coordinator/Educator:
The Regional Perinatal Program for East TN is part of a State Grant Funded Program located at UT Medical Center. As the designated Regional Perinatal Center for the East TN region we provide education to support all regional pre-hospital, clinical and hospital settings free of cost; focusing on professional education classes and realistic emergency drills that are conducted throughout the region using a range of simulation equipment, following evidence-based guidelines.
Job Description: The Neonatal Outreach Coordinator enhances professional practice and the provision of quality patient care by providing evidence-based educational programs and simulations. The Neonatal Outreach Coordinator plans, organizes, develops and directs all regional neonatal education for our 19 outlying East Tennessee counties. This includes providing data and statistics at a state level.

Active TN nursing license or compact state
Bachelor's Nursing required
NRP Instructor required
STABLE Instructor preferred; willing to obtain immediately
NICU experience required
Travel within 19 counties and work/teach independently
