Position Purpose:
- In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Coordinator Medical Practice- Operations, under the direction of the provider, Manager, and RN Clinical Lead, plans, organizes, and directs patient flow on a daily operational basis Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization
- Location: 925 N State St #250, Westerville, OH 43082
- Hours: 7:30am- 4:40pm
What You Will Do:
- Assists with patient inquiries/concerns regarding medical care, medication instructions, and prescription call-ins in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Interviews, evaluates, trains and supports office staff in conjunction with the Manager.
- Creates and maintains staffing schedules.
- Coordinates activities and functions of the office to ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Implements policies, processes, and procedures via the Manager.
- Demonstrates a positive customer service attitude/behavior.
- Recommends continuous process improvement.
- Reviews reports and escalates concerns to Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Highschool diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Licensure / Certification: NA
- Experience: Two (2) years of practice experience required
- Experience in leading staff preferred.
- Current working knowledge of the importance of business office and clinical care area coordination.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects: strong organizational skills; highly motivated and self- directed; and attentive to detail.
