Henry Ford College presents an opportunity for Coordinator Of Institutional Effectiveness. The Coordinator Of Institutional Effectiveness advances institutional processes and practices that support student success through continuous improvementand efficient operations, as well as compliance with institutional accreditation standards. Reporting to the Director Of Institutional Research And Reporting the primary responsibilities include supporting institutional strategic planning, operational planning, outcomes measurement, and compliance with accreditation standards. Will be responsible for collaborating with faculty and program administration to align improvement efforts with college strategic initiatives, leading to positive and measurable impact on college programs.

Salary: The posted salary range reflects Steps 1-6. The full range includes Steps 1- 14 ($73,666.00-$111,369.00). Starting salaries are typically below the top of the range and are determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
