Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement, the position assists the Associate AD to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the marketing, promotions, and fan engagement initiatives for Fordham athletics.
This position requires evening and weekend hours.
Essential Functions
Assists the Associate AD in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue generation, increase attendance, and enhance the overall fan experience.
Supports the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies for all sport programs, focusing on revenue generation and attendance growth for football and men's and women's basketball.
Executes game-day marketing efforts, including promotions, theme nights, game day script, and in-game entertainment to enhance fan experience.
Assists with the consistent application of Fordham Athletics ' brand standards across all marketing and fan engagement initiatives.
Supports the development of game day scripts for video board, music, and public address announcements; coordinates efforts with campus and internal groups related to game day, including video coordinator, marketing staff, technical services, band, cheerleaders, dance team, and outside groups attending and/or performing on game day.
Assists with all fulfillments of corporate sponsorship agreements.
Aids with the coordination and dissemination of information to various athletic teams to create excitement and attendance at selected sports. Uses social media, email blasts, online websites, and new technology to reach various groups, including fans, alumni, donors, and student-athletes.
Develops and uses social media to further marketing and branding efforts of individual sports and Fordham Athletics.
Complies with all NCAA, Atlantic 10, Patriot League, and University rules and regulations.

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing.
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High-level organizational skills.
Demonstrated commitment and motivation to building a successful program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong skills in the use of social media to promote the program (Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications Minimum Starting Salary $66,000 Maximum Starting Salary $66,000 Note Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills. Is this a Union position? No
