Now Hiring: Service Operations Coordinator
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $30–$32/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
About the Role
Aquafinity is seeking a detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Service Department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring service processes run efficiently by coordinating service agreements, preparing quotes, and supporting communication between field technicians and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and track Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) quotes and renewals
- Create detailed service quotes based on technician recommendations and scope
- Process Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from technicians and service staff
- Maintain accurate service agreement records and documentation
- Support technician reporting and field documentation
- Assist with billing documentation and service follow-up
- Coordinate activities between technicians and internal departments
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in service coordination, operations support, quoting, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
