Position Coordinator of Student Conduct Dates of Employment: August 3, 2026 to May 14, 2028 Compensation: 10 an hour for 20 hours a week, paid bi-weekly On-Campus Room with Private Bath College Meal Plan while classes are in session Reports to: Director of Residence Life and Student Conduct Supervises: Student Conduct Administrators, hearing officers, office staff
Primary Function
The Coordinator for Student Conduct supports the colleges student conduct system by administering conduct processes, promoting community standards, and fostering student learning and development. The position is responsible for case management, adjudication, educational sanctions, and outreach designed to promote accountability, safety, and student success.
Secondary Function
Develops and implements educational programming that promotes healthy lifestyles, including prevention and awareness initiatives related to alcohol and other drug use, consent, sexual misconduct, and Title IX compliance.

Special Challenges and Environment
This role has a flexible 20-hour work schedule that includes additional evening and weekend obligations consistent with the academic calendar and student lifestyle. Must be available in and outside of normal working hours for programming. Regular walking and stairs are required.
