In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and administration of Physician Compensation programs, in support of organizational goals and objectives, and ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state rules and regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or related work experience. Two (2) years progressive experience in a health care operations, Accounting or Finance environment, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or Business Management. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in payroll processing or accounting preferred.
