SUMMARY: The Pre-Employment Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the hiring and onboarding process post offer of employment. This includes completing pre-employment physicals, reviewing pre-employment questionnaires, and completing pre-employment drug screens.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Emergency Responder, First Aid, or similar Certification
Basic Life Saving/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS/CPR) Certification
1 year of hands-on medical experience in an emergency, occupational, or clinical environment
Strong skills in both oral and written format
Proficient patient assessment skills
DOT training to administer drug screens
Registered on the National Registry Website
Successfully complete accredited NRCME (The National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners) Training course
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Marshallese)
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
