Coordinator, Quality Resources

Under the general direction of the Vice President, Quality, this individual performs a variety of duties that support the activities within the department. Key functions of this position include secretarial, administrative, and office coordination responsibilities. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are critical to this position. This individual interacts with all levels of hospital staff and management. The QR Coordinator provides risk management/legal administrative support to the Director, coordinating legal depositions, interviews, correspondences and logs. This individual is also responsible for the hospitals administrative policy management system. The QR Coordinator provides administrative support for the General and Executive Quality Improvement Committees. When requested, this individual provides administrative and data support for the medical staff credentialing processes. The QR Coordinator coordinates the general orientation for all new department employees ensuring that all elements of HR, office, and meeting requirements are completed. This individual is a key member of the departments team and is expected to actively participate in Lean activities and development.
