Coordinator, Real Estate - Design and Construction

The Design and Construction team supports the Chief Operations Officer in the oversight of acquisitions and maintenance of Hawai'i Pacific Health properties and facilities. The team focuses on: departmental floor plans, design and construction, equipment planning, facility master planning, insurance-replacement value estimates, land use issues (PRU), leases, real property (acquisitions, dispositions, development, tax exemptions) and space allocations.

Under the general supervision of the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Design and Construction / Real Estate or designee, is responsible for instructing Accounts Payable to pay Landlords and Capital Project Vendors and creating or maintaining the requisite processes for such. Responsible for purchase orders and payments, lease administration, and supporting design and construction project managers by independently managing a broad spectrum of operational administrative functions relating to budget, finance, accounting and regulatory requirements. Provides administrative support to the SVP as required.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or related experience. Five (5) years of finance, accounting, business or related field work.
