The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Research Data Coordinator to support the Breast Surgical Oncology Research program, a specialized department dedicated to advancing clinical research and improving outcomes for patients undergoing breast cancer surgery. The Research Data Coordinator plays a critical role in this program by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data that directly informs research findings and patient care advancements. The ideal candidate will have a preferred background in biology, along with experience in data entry and strong organizational and time management capabilities. Experience extracting and interpreting information from medical records is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintain accuracy, and effectively manage workload expectations.
Salary: Minimum $44,000 - Midpoint $55,000 - Maximum $66,000
The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, days only. Employees may choose a start time between 6:30 am and 9:00 am and work eight hours plus lunch each day.
Work Location: Remote (with optional on-campus meetings and events)
