TITLE: Coordinator Special Projects CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Staff - Exempt - Salary DIRECT SUPERVISION FROM: TCAT Shelbyville President OFFICE LOCATION(S): 2905 US 231 North, Shelbyville, TN 200 Dover St., Shelbyville, TN 925 Dinah Shore Blvd., Winchester, TN 204 Union St., Fayetteville, TN 1810 Wilson Pkwy., Fayetteville, TN HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; occasional evening hours required (minimum 37.5 hours/week) SALARY:FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
This position serves as a staff-level coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing institutional initiatives that support operational effectiveness, strategic priorities, and administrative functions.
The Coordinator allocates approximately 60% of time to special projects coordination and 40% to instruction in Technology Foundations courses, delivering foundational skills in computer applications, digital literacy, and data interpretation to support student success.
The position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements are met while supporting institutional effectiveness through data-informed decision-making.
