Job overview and responsibilities
Technical Records Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of maintenance records within the aviation industry. This role is accountable for the timely receipt, audit, routing, database updates, and secure retention of aircraft maintenance compliance records, in either paper or electronic format. Coordinators ensure that individual transactions and document handling contribute to the integrity and accuracy of the overall maintenance compliance record, in support of FAA and company retention and operational requirements. The position requires close coordination with department staff, attention to detail, and adherence to document control standards to support regulatory compliance and operational readiness

The base pay range for this role is $41,610.00 to $54,252.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This position may also be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
