Our client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Coordinator, Training for their Washington, DC/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Manages the coordination and administrative support of the Learning and Development Team's daily operations including, maintaining records, providing clerical assistance, and event planning.
30% Organizes all logistics for Learning and Development such as space scheduling, shipping, hotel arrangements, etc.
20% Performs administrative activities involved in Learning and Development including training enrollment, run training reports, materials production, and room set-up.
20% Supports the development of reporting metrics to measure training effectiveness across the organization.
10% Manages fulfillment of certification program.
10% Assists with managing requests about the Learning Management System.
5% Manages Training invoices and POs.
5% Assists with managing team inbox responding to requests and questions
Requirements:
Education Level: High School Diploma
1 year experience in training administration/coordination
Excellent communcation skills both written and verbal., Proficient
Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems., Proficient
Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines., Proficient
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications., Proficient
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal., Proficient
