Youll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, and accounting, becoming the go-to person for all things transportation. Youll align your work with Toranis strategic goals, adapting swiftly to logistics challenges while maintaining a calm demeanor. Beyond supporting day-to-day operations, youll also dive into short- and long-term projects that will help drive our business forward.

Problem-Solving Pro
When order details change, youll quickly update pickup times, shipment documentation, and notify the right stakeholders. For our high-volume customers, youll manage logs, assign delivery dates, and track each shipments progress. Whether coordinating domestic prepaid freight or supporting international shipments, youll ensure that every detail-from communication with freight forwarders to documentation-is handled with precision. Youll also stay on top of evolving food safety audits and GFSI requirements, ensuring quality is always front and center.
Data & Documentation Guru
With all transportation documentation, Proof of Delivery, Bills of Lading, etc., in order, youll be the go-to data hub for domestic and international shipping. Youll keep trailer inspection forms organized, gather shipment information, update KPIs on time, and proactively highlight any irregularities. When issues like product damage arise, youll file carrier claims and support accurate coding of freight invoices.
