About the Team

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for supporting the centralized Visual Merchandising team with tasks tied to new stores, campaign initiatives, and special projects.

Your Role as Coordinator, Visual Merchandising

Oversee Shared VM Team Calendar, Identifying Weekly Highlights and Deliverables

Maintain VM Showroom and order displays to support build out for campaign rotations and installations

Partner with LC to procure product samples for visual display set up and maintain accurate record of inventory

Reconcile POSM inventory supporting reorder strategy; flagging low stock on weekly basis

Partner with NSO Team on Early tray Orders and Punchlist fulfillment

Compile POSM overview guides for Campaigns

Support Planogramming in One Door Platform

Support VM Communications with photo compilation and feedback

Partner with Creative and Go-To-Market teams to communicate NAM VM plans for 360 alignment

Support cross-functional One-Off Initiatives

Coordinate logistics for onsite VM Team meetings

  • 3+ years of solid experience working within Visual Merchandising in Retail and knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles
  • Proficient in excel and Microsoft suite
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite focused on InDesign and Illustrator
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in Global organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
