The Coordinator, Workforce Development is a full-time, grant-funded role within the Workforce Development Department, reporting to the Assistant Director.
Responsibilities include recruiting program participants, conducting assessments, developing individualized training and employment plans, managing student data, advising, registration, and supporting grant-funded individuals.
The position involves outreach, building partnerships with community organizations, promoting assessment services, and ensuring program goals are met.
Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office.
Preferred qualifications include experience with higher education, grant programs, working with individuals facing barriers to employment, and bilingual abilities.
Physical demands include office work and travel between locations.
This is a full-time position with benefits, scheduled for 40 hours per week.
