YOUR IMPACT AS OUR COPIER AND PRINTER SERVICE TECH:
Every day, you'll travel to customers' locations throughout your territory to service their laser printers, digital copiers, and similar multifunctional products. You'll greet customers, speak with them about their equipment needs, and provide professional customer service. Attentively, you'll diagnose equipment problems, perform general maintenance, and complete accurate repairs. You'll work independently, doing a high-quality job while managing your time and maintaining efficiency. You'll also be responsible for managing your parts inventory and assisting in other areas as assigned.
