Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Copilot CoE Change Management Lead to drive adoption, governance, and enablement of Client Copilot across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong change management expertise with deep familiarity with Client 365/Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring the successful rollout, usage, and compliance of Copilot tools. This role will serve as the central point of contact for all Copilot change initiatives, training, governance, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the Copilot CoE knowledge base, including policies, FAQs, best practices, and adoption guidance.
- Design, schedule, and facilitate Copilot training programs, Lunch & Learn sessions, and enablement forums.
- Act as the central point for Copilot change management, including release readiness, impact assessment, and adoption support.
- Stay current on Client Copilot roadmap updates, features, and deprecations, translating them into business-relevant guidance.
- Communicate Copilot updates, changes, and best practices clearly and consistently across the organization.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and InfoSec teams to ensure Copilot compliance with BFSI regulatory and internal standards.
- Support and enforce Copilot governance frameworks, including acceptable use, data handling, and monitoring controls.
- Build and sustain a Copilot user community to drive engagement, best practice sharing, and continuous learning.
- Develop role-based enablement content tailored to end users, power users, managers, and technical teams.
- Track adoption trends, training effectiveness, and change impacts, providing insights to CoE leadership.
- Support responsible AI use by embedding compliance, risk awareness, and governance into enablement efforts.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve Copilot adoption, education, and organizational readiness.
- Maintain familiarity with Client 365 and Dynamics 365 family application administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Copilot CoE or related Change Management roles.
- Strong expertise in Client 365/Dynamics 365 application administration.
- Proven experience in designing and executing training and adoption programs.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and governance standards, particularly in BFSI or regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in AI adoption or responsible AI program management.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting to measure adoption and training effectiveness.
Experience:
- 8 10 years in change management, adoption, or similar roles supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
