Details: Microsoft Copilot Engineer – Mid-Level & Senior Position Overview We are hiring two Microsoft Copilot Engineers to help design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. We have openings at two levels:
Mid-Level Copilot Engineer – focused on hands-on development, configuration, integrations, and support of Copilot solutions.
Senior Copilot Engineer – focused on advanced development, solution architecture, complex integrations, and providing technical leadership across Copilot initiatives.
Both roles will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and Generative AI technologies to build enterprise AI solutions. Key Responsibilities – Both Roles
Design, build, test, and deploy custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Extend and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
Develop conversational AI workflows, topics, actions, prompts, and agent logic.
Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, connectors, and Power Automate.
Connect Copilot agents with organizational data sources including SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.
Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate and Power Platform.
Utilize Azure OpenAI and Generative AI technologies to support enterprise use cases.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and grounding approaches to provide Copilot solutions with relevant enterprise knowledge.
Troubleshoot Copilot agents, integrations, authentication, permissions, and data-access issues.
Partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
Follow enterprise security, governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
Mid-Level Copilot Engineer Qualifications
Approximately 3–5 years of software development, cloud, automation, or related engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, or Power Platform.
Experience integrating systems using REST APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
Experience working within Azure environments.
Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Experience working with enterprise data sources such as SharePoint and Teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, and authentication concepts.
Development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python is preferred.
Senior Copilot Engineer Qualifications
Approximately 6+ years of software engineering, cloud, automation, or enterprise application development experience.
Advanced hands-on experience designing and developing solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Experience architecting enterprise-grade Copilot agents and Generative AI solutions.
Strong experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph API.
Experience designing complex integrations between Copilot and enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
Strong experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI technologies.
Experience designing RAG architectures, enterprise knowledge retrieval, grounding, and AI search solutions.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI, and AI orchestration patterns.
Experience with Azure AI Search, vector search, or similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, application security, permissions, and enterprise governance.
Development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
Ability to lead technical design discussions, establish development standards, perform code/design reviews, and mentor other engineers.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable enterprise AI solutions.
Preferred Experience – Both Roles
Microsoft certifications related to Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, or Microsoft 365.
Experience developing custom Copilot connectors, plugins, extensions, or actions.
Experience deploying Generative AI solutions within large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for Microsoft/Azure applications.
Understanding of AI security, governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI practices.
