Role Overview
The Microsoft Copilot Solutions Architect / AI Enablement Lead is responsible for driving enterprise AI adoption through the implementation, optimization, and expansion of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered business solutions. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, design intelligent automation solutions, and ensure secure, scalable deployment of AI capabilities across a large Microsoft 365 environment. The position combines technical expertise, business process transformation, governance, and user adoption to maximize organizational productivity and innovation.


Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio Implementation

• Design, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
• Develop and customize Copilot agents for business-specific use cases
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and employee productivity
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot across business functions and departments
• Optimize Copilot experiences based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs

Generative AI & Enterprise AI Solutions

• Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies
• Implement AI-powered workflows, assistants, knowledge retrieval, and automation capabilities
• Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-enabled business process improvements
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications

Power Platform & Intelligent Automation

• Build automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
• Design AI-enabled workflows that streamline business operations
• Develop low-code solutions for process automation and productivity enhancement
• Establish automation governance, standards, and best practices
• Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives

Microsoft 365 AI Integration

• Integrate Microsoft Copilot capabilities within existing Microsoft 365 environments
• Support AI enablement across:

  • Microsoft Purview
  • Power Platform
• Partner with technical teams to maximize value from Microsoft 365 investments
• Ensure seamless user adoption and business integration

Governance, Compliance & Security

• Develop governance frameworks supporting responsible AI adoption
• Implement security, compliance, and information protection controls for AI solutions
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to organizational policies
• Support Microsoft Purview data governance and information protection initiatives
• Establish best practices for secure and compliant AI deployment

Integration & Technical Enablement

• Utilize Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and related technologies to extend Microsoft 365 functionality
• Integrate Copilot and AI solutions with enterprise systems and applications
• Automate administrative and operational processes using APIs and scripting tools
• Support technical architecture and integration design activities
• Develop reusable automation and integration frameworks

User Adoption & Change Management

• Drive user adoption initiatives and AI enablement programs
• Conduct training, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Develop user guides, best practices, and adoption materials
• Track usage metrics and identify opportunities for increased value realization
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI solutions, or related enterprise technology roles
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Experience designing and developing Copilot agents and AI-powered business solutions
• Experience with enterprise Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled automation
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI adoption strategies
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into Microsoft 365 environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Purview, and Viva
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI adoption initiatives
• Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries
• Microsoft Copilot Studio specialization or certification
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Experience implementing AI governance frameworks
• Experience supporting organizations with 10,000+ users
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI and modern AI service architectures
