Copper EHRT Operator

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Copper EHRT Operator to work in the East Columbus, Ohio area.  This is a full time, contract to direct hire position on 2nd shift.  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of machinist or general fabrication experience.
• Experience in precision metal product manufacturing; copper bus bar experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Operate multi-station punch machines for copper bars.
• Create and edit programs using Fanuc, G code, etc.
• Read and interpret prints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Perform deburring, drilling, and tapping of materials.
• Conduct material inspection procedures.
• Use handheld inspection equipment like calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and company policies.
• Basic computer skills.

Job Functions

• Engage in physical activities including bending, twisting, standing, stooping, sitting, walking, and reaching overhead.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize tasks in a busy job shop environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Support various operations and other duties as assigned.
