Copy and Print Services Coordinator
Oswego, IL (Onsite)
6+Month Contract (Temp to perm)

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, 30-minute lunch. These hours go through 7/31, and regular hours resume Monday, 8/3, which would be 9:00am to 6:00pm

Seeking a Production Copy Center Associate to support a high-volume print and copy center. This role is responsible for producing copy requests, operating high-volume print and imaging equipment, managing multiple jobs simultaneously, monitoring deadlines, performing quality checks, and preparing completed work for delivery. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize competing requests, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Process and complete high-volume black-and-white and color print/copy requests, including simple and complex jobs.
  • Review job requests, determine production requirements, and route files to the appropriate production equipment.
  • Operate high-volume printers, copiers, document imaging systems, and related software.
  • Perform binding, finishing, hole drilling, cutting, stapling, shrink-wrapping, stacking, and other production-related tasks.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Monitor multiple production jobs and deadlines while adjusting priorities as business needs change.
  • Package, stage, secure, and prepare completed jobs for delivery.
  • Open, save, transfer, retrieve, and manage electronic files using established procedures.
  • Operate Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and document management systems.
  • Maintain copier functionality through routine inspections, clear paper jams, and coordinate service needs.
  • Maintain production records, billing logs, meter readings, service logs, and supply inventories.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, mail distribution, fax processing, and office supply distribution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status, timelines, and service requests.
  • Deliver completed work to designated locations and support other operational duties as assigned.
  • Assist with meeting room setup, light maintenance, filing, archiving, housekeeping, and other site support functions as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience in a similar environment.
  • Prior production copy center experience strongly preferred.
  • Customer-facing customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
  • Good organizational, communication, mathematical, and filing skills.
  • Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office, email systems, and document handling software.
  • Ability to operate production printers, copiers, bindery equipment, postage meters, and related office equipment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 55 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Ability to work overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
  • Successful completion of a fingerprint background check prior to start.
  • Business casual dress code.
