House Cleaner / Residential Maid

Job Overview

Are you looking for a stable, high-paying daytime job with a team that treats you like family? We are seeking an Experienced House Cleaner to join our growing Akron-Canton team. We provide the clients, the supplies, and a Company Car-you just bring a great work ethic!

Compensation & Core Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 average hourly rate
• Daily Extras: Plus tips and cash performance bonuses!
• Frequency: Paid Weekly (Every Friday)

• Health: Supplemental / Cafeteria Insurance offered after 90 days of employment.

Work Schedule (Perfect Work-Life Balance)

• Days: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM (Average of 30-35 hours per week)
• Balance: No nights and ocassonal weekends! Your evenings most weekends are strictly yours.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Age: 18 years or older
• License: Must have a Valid Driver's License (required to drive the company vehicle)
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Experience: Has some cleaning background

Work Location

• Base Office: Akron/Canton location (Candidates will report here daily to pick up the company vehicle).
