Location Richmond, VA 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Who we’re looking for

We’re hiring a writer/editor for our digital content marketing team. You’ll help write and edit digital content with a focus on SEO- and GEO-driven blog articles related to credit cards, credit education and beyond. The person in this role will:
Write SEO-driven blog articles and other copy as needed.
Edit long-form digital content for grammar, typos, AP style, tone and brand standards.
Fact-check content, ensure the work meets legal and SEO requirements, and hold our team accountable to a high standard of accuracy and quality
Research and incorporate feedback from creative directors and other internal stakeholders.

Basic qualifications
5+ years of professional writing and editing experience
3+ years of digital content experience
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced corporate marketing environment within a regulated industry (like finance or healthcare).
Experience writing and editing for SEO and web-specific constructs (ADA compliance, mobile UX, etc.).
Experience Writing SEO-driven blog articles and other copy as needed.
Experience Editing long-form digital content for grammar, typos, AP style, tone and brand standards.
