Title: Copywriter
Location: Richmond or McLean, VA
Duration: 8+ months
Salary Range: $25-30/hr on W2 without benefits

Introduction:
The Talent Marketing team informs, educates, and positions the company as the employer of choice, connecting our employee value proposition to the lived work experiences. As part of this team, you'll help craft the stories that shape the experiences held through work at the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 1 year experience in content creation, copywriting, communications, journalism, or mass communications
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Sample writing requirement for both short and long term
Familiarity with AI.
A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
2 years experience in long-form copywriting
Experience with writing for SEO
Experience in financial services, or other highly regulated industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Partner with the Talent Marketing team to create people-focused content through associate/expert interviews.
Drive the quality control loop, coordinating with legal, talent, and brand partners to move assets from draft to 'ready-to-post'.
Meet the goals of each project while making sure the tone and style stay consistent with our brand.
Write high-quality digital content that is clear, accessible, and enjoyable to read.
Adapt your writing for different platforms and stages of the candidate journey, using SEO best practices to help us reach the right audience.
Stay curious about content trends and suggest new ways to bring associate stories to life.
Champion high standards for our brand voice, focusing on simple language and consistent style.
