The Rise Collective is hiring a performance-driven Copywriter focused on ad strategy, creative hooks, conversion-focused messaging, and strong call-to-actions across our portfolio of brands.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to stop the scroll, generate leads, and write copy that converts, not just sounds good.
This role will work closely with our marketing, media buying, and creative teams to develop high-performing advertising campaigns across real estate, hospitality, investing, tax strategy, luxury rentals, and service-based brands under The Rise Collective ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
- Write high-converting ad copy for Meta, Google, email, landing pages, and SMS campaigns
- Develop creative hooks, angles, headlines, and CTAs designed to improve CTR and conversion rates
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers to build winning campaigns
- Research audiences and customer psychology to improve messaging performance
- Assist with offer positioning and campaign strategy
- Write copy across multiple brands and industries within The Rise Collective ecosystem
- Analyze ad performance and iterate based on results
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing copywriting
- Experience writing for paid social campaigns (Meta preferred)
- Ability to write compelling hooks and urgency-driven CTAs
- Understanding of consumer psychology and buyer intent
- Strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced creative environment
- Preference for candidates with experience in:
- Real estate
- Hospitality
- Luxury brands
- Tax strategy or financial services
- High-ticket services
- Investing or wealth-focused brands
Bonus Points:
- Experience working alongside media buyers
- Familiarity with UGC ad scripting
- Experience writing VSLs or short-form video scripts
- Understanding of funnel strategy and lead generation
- Knowledge of the short-term rental or hospitality industry
