Copywriter

Our client is seeking an AI Content Strategy Specialist to help evolve customer-facing digital content across Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), with an initial focus on Auto and Property claims.

The ideal candidate combines strategic content planning with hands-on execution, identifying content gaps, prioritizing opportunities, and developing roadmaps that improve customer experience and prepare content for AI-powered search.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI content, GEO, SEO, and AEO strategies for customer-facing digital experiences.
• Assess current content and customer journeys to identify SEO, content, and experience gaps.
• Develop prioritized roadmaps based on customer needs, business value, and SEO/AI opportunities.
• Partner with digital storefront, content, UX, product, and technology teams to implement recommendations.
• Create personalized, empathetic, and easy-to-understand content for members.
• Analyze results and demonstrate measurable improvements in discoverability, engagement, and customer experience.
• Develop strategic presentations and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated experience building content or AI search strategies, not just tactical content execution.
• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO, generative search, or AI-powered content optimization.
• Experience analyzing customer-facing experiences and identifying content gaps.
• Ability to prioritize opportunities and explain why certain strategies or initiatives should be implemented first.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate specific strategies personally developed and measurable outcomes achieved.

Position is 100% remote - CST hours are required.
