Qualifications
0 years with BS/BA; 4 years no degree
Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
Required experience and skills:
Experience supporting cybersecurity assessments, compliance reviews, or training delivery (junior level).
Familiarity with NIST SP 800‑53 control families, basic RMF concepts, and evidence collection practices.
Ability to document findings clearly, prepare remediation recommendations, and maintain assessment artifacts.
Strong communication and instructional skills for delivering training to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; basic familiarity with vulnerability/assessment tools preferred.
Desired:
Prior exposure to CORA/CHAP assessment activities or DoD/ARNG compliance programs.
Experience supporting classroom or virtual training, curriculum updates, or lesson‑plan development.
Willingness to pursue required CORA/CHAP assessor qualifications and DISA/SRR training as directed.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
