Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, the Core Analyst I is responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and daily operations of the Core Banking system. Core Analysts maintain, troubleshoot, and configure core and ancillary systems to support upgrades, reporting, and ongoing operations. This role provides first-level support to internal staff and resolves system issues.

What Youll Do

• Provide support to assist internal staff with problem determination and issues resolution.
• Monitor and correct OpCon job failures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure the Core system.
• Act as an administrator to maintain access to Symitar for users, computers, and servers.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure all ancillary systems for maintenance, software upgrades, reporting, development, and testing, including:
• Banno
• MeridianLink
• OpCon
• OnBase
• IMM
• Synapsys
• Assist Core Systems Analyst II in planning, designing, and drafting business requirements.
• Document procedures and resource documentation.
• Record system changes for troubleshooting and auditing.

What Youll Bring

• Two years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Symitars Quest software.
• Experience with SMAs, OpCon, or another task automation application.
• Hylands OnBase or another digital document storage system.
• Familiarity with all Office 365 products.
• Proven ability to research and solve problems.

Compensation Hourly Wage will range from $30.00/hour to $35.00/hour. This salary range represents the base pay for grade 9 and does not include additional perks. Final compensation will be determined based on qualification, experience, and location.
