Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Hospitalist Location: Exeter, New Hampshire (NH Seacoast Region) Organization: Exeter Hospital (Part of the Beth Israel Lahey Health / BILH Community) Practice Group: Core Physicians Position Type: Part-Time (0.5 FTE) About the Opportunity Take your career to the next level in one of New Englands most desirable locations! We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (2+ years of experience) to join our well-established, collaborative community-based hospital medicine practice at Exeter Hospital. As part of the BILH community and Core Physicians, you will practice in a supportive, multi-specialty environment designed to foster professional growth, work-life balance, and clinical excellence. Practice Highlights Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a robust, experienced hospitalist program featuring 12+ hospitalists and a strongly integrated multi-specialty group. Manageable Workload Schedule: Typical day features 3 physician and 1 NP/PA rounding teams (7:00 AM 7:00 PM). Dedicated daily NP/PA and physician admitters. Standard daily patient census ranging from 14 to 16 patients. Comprehensive Support: Enjoy exceptional specialist backing, including Palliative Care, Cardiology, Acute Care Surgery, GI, Pulmonary, Urology, Oncology, and consultative Psychiatry. ICU Structure: Closed 10-bed ICU supported by an on-site intensivist daily.
