Core Architect

Technical Leadership & Delivery: Architect, build, and deploy production-grade integration solutions, custom features, and data pipelines directly for key enterprise clients. Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical advisor to executive stakeholders and client engineering teams, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions. Team Mentorship:Lead, mentor, and guide a squad of 3-6 FDEs, ensuring high engineering standards, clean code, and effective client delivery. Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers in high-stakes production environments. Experience: 10-15 years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in client-facing technical roles (Solutions Architecture, or High-Touch Technical Consulting). Technical Stack:Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C++. Expertise in SQL, Data Pipelines (ETL), and Distributed Systems Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization Architecture & Design: Proven track record of designing scalable REST/gRPC APIs and complex system integrations. Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing technical client relationships. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
