Introduction
The Finance Innovation Hub is seeking Forward Deployed Automation Developers who will sit at the intersection of AI engineering and Finance transformation. This role involves working in a space where automation meets governance, handling real money, real controls, and real compliance obligations. The work is practical, consequential, and directly tied to the operations of one of the world's largest finance organizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, SQL, and API development
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, LLMs, or intelligent automation frameworks
- Comfort with modern AI development tools including agentic frameworks and AI workflow builders
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and integration patterns
- Understanding of enterprise controls and audit requirements
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar embedded-builder role
- Consulting or Big4 experience
- Domain experience in Finance, Audit, or regulated industries
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery: design, build, test, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Embed governance from day one
- Build stable data foundations
- Collaborate across disciplines
- Participate in on-call rotation for close cycles
