This position will be on the Absence Workday product team. This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at the Price Road address in Chandler.
Required Qualifications
" 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Absence in an analyst or lead role
" Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
" Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
Preferred Qualifications
" Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, etc.)
" Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
" Prior Workday certification
" Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
