Description

Interview Process: 3 technical rounds (2 virtual, 1 in-person)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-performance Java-based applications (Spring, messaging frameworks) for Securities Finance.
  • Design, test, and optimize distributed enterprise systems.
  • Partner with tech leads and business teams to deliver new features and support product launches.
  • Support DevOps/CI/CD pipelines and maintain technical documentation.
  • Work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6-12 years of hands-on Core Java, Spring, and enterprise application development.
  • Strong SQL/MySQL expertise; experience with Redis, Kafka, or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket), Jira, and GitHub Copilot.
  • Knowledge of Securities Finance or Prime Brokerage (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
